Anglesey Sprint Weekend-20/21st October- Official Event Results

The Club is delighted to publish the Official Results for our fantastic sprint weekend held on both the new National and International G P Circuits at the Anglesey Circuit.

Over the course of 2 days, competitors enjoyed had no less than ELEVEN timed runs plus four practice runs, providing over NINETEEN MILES of competitive sprinting.

The Club would like to thank all Competitors, Marshals, Officials and Circuit Staff for their excellent support and cooperation over the weekend, especially as this was a new venue for the Club, utilising two new demanding Sprint Courses over the course of the weekend.

Everybody involved had a truly memorable weekend of top class motorsport and we now look forward to next year’s event.

Congratulations to Andrew Platt, driving a methanol fuelled 1998 c.c. Dallara Gould F397, who established two new outright course records of 48.43 seconds and 79.48 seconds respectively and was also the only driver to achieve sub 50 second and sub 80 second times for the National and International courses respectively – well done!
